TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. CUSTOM WORK / NO REFUNDS
All work is custom to the customer’s boat. Once scanning, design, material ordering, or fabrication begins, all payments are non-refundable. No returns or exchanges.
2. DESIGN APPROVAL
Customer is responsible for approving all measurements, layout, colors, patterns, logos, and spelling prior to production. Any errors not identified before approval are the customer’s responsibility. Changes after approval will result in additional charges.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
A deposit is required to begin work. Remaining balance is due upon completion. No boat or materials will be released until paid in full. Materials are not ordered until deposit is paid. Deposits are also non-refundable no matter the circumstance.
4. DEMOLITION / REMOVAL WORK
Removal of existing flooring (SeaDek, glue, foam, carprt, etc.) is a labor-intensive demolition process involving scraping, chemicals, and pressure washing.
Customer acknowledges and agrees:
• Riverside CNC & Marine is NOT responsible for any damage that may occur during removal, including but not limited to:
• Paint or coating failure
• Gelcoat imperfections
• Surface damage from previous installs
• Adhesive pulling weak surfaces
• If pressure washing causes paint to flake or peel, this is due to pre-existing surface conditions, not installer fault
• Demolition may expose hidden damage, prior repairs, or poor surface conditions
• Customer understands demolition and prep work may expose or cause surface imperfections
5. CLEANING / DETAILING DISCLAIMER
Riverside CNC & Marine is NOT a detailing company.
• Boats must be brought in clean and ready for work. If Riverside has to do more than a general cleaning, customer is responsible for a cleaning fee which will vary.
• During demolition and prep, adhesive and debris may spread
• We clean to the best of our ability, but additional detailing will likely be required after service
• Customer is responsible for final cleaning/detailing

7. EXISTING CONDITIONS
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions including but not limited to:

8. INSTALLATION CONDITIONS
Installation requires proper environmental conditions. Once material is applied, repositioning may damage the product and affect adhesion.
9. CUSTOM DESIGN LIMITATIONS (SMALL DETAILS / LOGOS)
Customer acknowledges that designs including small logos, fine details, thin lines, sharp points, or intricate patterns may increase the risk of edge lifting or delamination over time.
By approving such designs, customer accepts:
• Increased risk of lifting or separation
• Reduced durability compared to simpler designs
• That this is not an installation defect
If replacement is requested:
• Riverside CNC & Marine can produce replacement pieces using Marine Mat’s patented fiber backing
• Customer is responsible for material and labor costs
Riverside CNC & Marine is not responsible for failure related to customer-approved design complexity.
